Hands on Engineering Director for MSP servicing SMBs
- Remote (MT, CT or ET)
- Base Salary Range (depending on experience) 150k-200k
- Windows Infrastructure specialist
Primary Objectives
- Top escalation point – you will own the responsibility of supporting L3 engineers
- Incident commander coordinating with IR vendors
- Process improvement for cybersecurity processes including
- Reliability, Performance, Security, Cost
- Responsible for the end results of the project engineering
Required Experience & Skills
- (some) MSP or Professional Services experience
- Windows infrastructure expertise
- Hyper-V, PowerShell, Global Policy
- O365 on-prem to cloud conversation
- Cybersecurity Incident Response
- Process improvement implementation
- Customer support skills
