Role & Responsibilities
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve hardware, firmware, and software issues.
- Escalate unresolved problems and deliver workarounds when needed.
System Design & Integration
AI Datacenter Infrastructure
- Define system design requirements for AI workloads; Develop reference configurations and technical guides.
Hardware Deployment & Validation
- Install, configure, and bring up server hardware. Perform functional and performance validation testing.
Technical Documentation & Collateral
- Develop product specifications, design guides, application notes, and other technical resources.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, or simillar
- 10+ years of in customer facing engineering, solutions engineering or similar
- 10+ years for enterprise data center product.
- x86 Bringup, deployment and system integration
- Automation expertise (Shell, Golang, Python)
- K8s, ML Frameworks (ONNX, TensorFlow)
- GPU and TPU delivery
- Professional-level interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor communication to different technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
