They provide information for you to look over on the company, offer some coaching for your interviews, and are right on top of making sure everything is scheduled and prepared for you.

The interview seems to go great. You think you’ve met your perfect match! Then…POOF. You’re left assuming rejection. No feedback. No closure. Not even a breakup text! It’s no wonder many quality job candidates have trust issues.

The shame is, a recruiter can be an incredible ally – when they do it right.
