This theory has led us to incredible innovations in human engineering, with the creation of the assembly line as one of the great early examples.

Upskilling
Building a strong, loyal team is no easy task. Sometimes the right people are just as important (or more) as the right skills. Especially as software and tech based workplace systems change so often, the ability to adapt and learn is more important than ever. HR leaders are recognizing the value of investing in the reskilling of strong team members.
AI & Machine Learning
Artificial intelligence and automation technologies have allowed employees to free up time that was once spent on data entry and other tedious tasks requiring more time than skill. For recruiting professionals, this means a streamlined screening and hiring process. For the entire team, it means more time for creative, meaningful work, as well as upskilling.
Remote Work
This one is no surprise, I’m sure. The necessity of remote work has shown us how brilliant it actually is! Even those companies with a necessity for in-person work, are increasingly switching to a hybrid plan. With productivity up, costs down, and a work-life balance being a top priority for so many, finding remote work is no longer a diamond in the rough. In fact, 4.7 million people across the U.S. work remotely at least half the time!
If one thing is for sure, the “Roaring 20’s” are building a culture that values innovation, adaptation, and balance between personal and professional life.
